CQC‑Registered Care ProviderFour Ways We Support Independence
Every service is shaped around the person — not the other way around.
Two Decades of Person-Centred Care
Liberty Centre Limited delivers compassionate, person-centred care tailored to the unique needs, abilities and aspirations of every individual it supports.
We're proud to support people across five boroughs and counties.
Structured, Consistent, Person-Centred
We use TEACCH (Treatment and Education of Autistic and related Communication-handicapped Children) and PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) — structured teaching and picture-exchange approaches that help people communicate, understand routines, and build independence at their own pace.
In plain English: we create predictable, visual environments so that the people we support know what to expect, can express their needs, and feel safe enough to grow in confidence.
Since my son joined Liberty Centre's supported living service, his confidence has grown enormously. The team truly understands his routines and communicates with us every step of the way.
