New Day Centre Programme Launches in Barking

We're pleased to announce the launch of an expanded life-skills programme at our Barking day centre, broadening the range of creative and vocational activities on offer.

What's New

The expanded programme introduces dedicated sessions in independent travel training, budgeting and meal planning, alongside new creative strands in art and music.

“Seeing someone plan and cook their own meal for the first time, unprompted — that's what this programme is all about.”

The new programme is available to existing Day Centre attendees and open to new referrals.
