Twenty years ago, Liberty Centre began with a simple aim: to provide care that starts with the person, not the paperwork. Today, that same principle guides everything we do.

How We've Grown

What started as a small, local team has grown into a specialist, CQC-registered provider supporting more than 50 service users across four services: Supported Living, Domiciliary and Personal Care, Day Centre Services, and Community Outreach.

What Hasn't Changed

Two things have stayed constant since day one: our commitment to person-centred, structured approaches like TEACCH and PECS, and our belief that independence is built through consistency, patience and respect.
