Safeguarding the people we support is our highest priority, at every level of the organisation.
Liberty Centre Limited is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of every adult at risk we support. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and we take any concern seriously, however small.
How We Safeguard
- All staff complete mandatory safeguarding training before starting work
- Enhanced DBS checks for all staff working directly with the people we support
- Clear procedures for recognising, recording and reporting concerns
- A named Safeguarding Lead responsible for oversight
